1. General Terms & Conditions

Betjdp is an online betting and gaming platform serving members in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between betjdp and its members.

By using betjdp's platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any ambiguity, betjdp's interpretation shall be considered final.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For major changes, betjdp will notify members in advance.

• These terms and conditions are available in both Bangla and English — in the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
• These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all betjdp services.
• Each member is personally responsible for their own account activity.

2. Account Registration

To register on betjdp, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

• MandatoryThe name, date of birth, and contact details you provide at registration must be accurate and truthful.

• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, provided each member has their own unique identity, bank account, and payment method.
• Opening an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• After registration, you will need to verify your account via email or mobile.
• The minimum age is 18 — any account registered by someone under this age will be permanently closed.

Betjdp reserves the right to decline any registration request at any time and for any reason. The scope to contest such a decision is limited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Betjdp follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. Completing KYC is mandatory before making a withdrawal or after reaching a specified deposit threshold.

What you need for KYC — a clear photo of your National ID or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of your payment method.

• Submitted documents are typically verified within 24–48 hours.
• Incomplete or unclear documents may need to be resubmitted.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Betjdp keeps your information secure and never sells it to third parties.

4. Deposits & Payments

To deposit on betjdp, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash/Nagad, ৳300 via Rocket, and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are usually instant — if there's a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.
• Betjdp charges no platform fee on deposits.
• The payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Betjdp reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposits and, where necessary, place them on hold.

Betjdp will never ask members to send money directly to a personal account. If you receive such a request, it may be a scam — report it to betjdp support immediately.

5. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from betjdp, your KYC must be complete and your account must have a sufficient cash balance. Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal for a standard account is ৳50,000.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours — during peak periods, it may take a little longer.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• At least one deposit must be made before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Betjdp may place a withdrawal on hold for up to 7 business days for investigation purposes, without needing to provide a reason.

6. Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• After claiming a bonus, your main balance can be withdrawn at any time — wagering requirements apply only to the bonus portion.
• The maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳500 — any bets above this amount will not count toward wagering requirements.
• The wagering completion period varies by bonus — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• If wagering requirements are not met by the expiry date, the bonus will be forfeited — your main balance remains unaffected.
• Betjdp reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

To cancel a bonus, you can do so yourself from the "My Bonuses" section. Once cancelled, that bonus cannot be reclaimed.

7. Betting Rules

Betjdp has a set of general betting rules that all members are required to follow. These rules apply equally to everyone and are designed to ensure fair gaming for all.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed — please review all details before placing a bet.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed during odds changes in live betting will be confirmed at the applicable odds.
• Betjdp reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a match or game outcome, betjdp's decision is final.
• Placing unusual bets across multiple accounts on the same event may be treated as arbitrage.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betjdp. Violations may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as placing artificial bets solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transaction.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to betjdp's systems.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or errors in betjdp's system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing support staff or other members.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Betjdp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time — particularly in cases of terms violations, detection of unusual activity, or when an investigation is required.

Members can also suspend or permanently close their account themselves — requests sent to support are typically processed within 24 hours.

• Withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
• Withdrawals on accounts under investigation may be temporarily suspended.
• Betjdp may close an account without providing a reason — however, any valid balance will generally be returned.
• A permanently closed account cannot be reopened using the same details.

10. Responsible Gaming

Betjdp believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a problem. With that in mind, we provide responsible gaming tools to help keep it that way.

• Session limits — set your own daily or weekly playing time.
• Deposit limit — set your own maximum deposit amount.
